Hi there, I have been trying the solutions from the community about the issue.
1. First changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
2. then changing the ip address to another one outiside the range on my router.
3. Reset, turned on/off several times.... but I just can get in the web setup with the new ip/old ip
I had this option working but I updated my router and this is when all this begun, please help!!!!

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - Cannot Connect to Web Services to isolate and resolve the issue.
