I keep getting this error message when I try to enable web services, Connection error Check connection. This is an older printer and I'm trying to use the ePrint feature. I printed the Web Services page and there is no claim code. Followed the instructions on the sheet to go to the IP address and click enable web services, that is where I am getting the error. The printer is connected to my PC with an ethernet cable. I'm out of thoughts, I've tried everything to get this to work. There is no explanation I can find as to why it will not connect.

Web Services are no longer supported and no longer working for your printer model, please consult below support document on this matter:
