Product: Officejet 4650

Hi there!

 

I have a Officejet 4650, my Instant Ink cartridges stopped working as the card on file expired. My printer told me that I was unable to print, and to visit instantink.com. I have tried multiple times to log into the account and was unsuccessful. I tried even creating a new account but, it says that the printer is registered to another account. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
