I am new to this and hoping to find the answer to my most irritating issue yet! I just received this printer and I’ve tried MANY, MANY different troubleshooting ideas but none seem to work or they do for a few days then I’m back to it not working!
I changed the sleep mode settings and I even changed the power button to wake it I believe however, that doesn’t even work! I touch the screen, open the printer and nothing seems to get it moving for me so then I have to unplug it, it’s just not working. I try to print from my phone, it says “no AirPrinter found” so then I have to physically unplug it EVERY TIME! It’s beyond frustrating! And yes I am on the SAME wireless network as the printer!! ANY AND ALL suggestions welcomed as I am beyond frustrated with this! Thank you in advance!
