Greetings @pkns

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post.

I understand that you are looking to change the pin on your printer, is that right?

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Are you able to print and copy without issues?

May I know which pin are you referring to on the printer?

Is it the wireless direct pin or EWS page of the printer?

If you are looking to change the wireless direct pin, you can access the EWS page of the printer and change it.

Capture the IP address of the printer.

Open any browser on your computer.

Enter the IP Address in the addressbar and hit enter.

This would bring up the EWS page of the printer.

You can change the pin using EWS page.

If you are looking to change the pin for Scan to email option.

Refer to page number 44 in the user guide of your printer. Click here

To change account settings

1. Touch Scan, and then touch Email.

2. On the control panel display, select the account that you want to change, and touch Modify.

3. Select which setting you want to modify, and follow the onscreen prompts.

● Auto-login

● Store Email

● Remove from list

● Change PIN

● Delete Account

Let me know if this helped.
