Change of wifi network

I moved to a new address and tried to change wireless network on HP Office Jet Pro 6978. Says feature has been locked by owner. I never locked it and I am the only owner of the copier.  How do I override this setting and put in my new wifi network.?

@Jake221 I suggest you check my private message for steps on performing a full reset, the instructions are designed for your specific printer and if anyone with a different model would try the steps, it may render the printer unstable, hence a private message would be the safest way of sharing this information:
