Welcome to HP Community

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

Next disable the Web Services  on the Printer and then Re-enable it

1. On the printer click on the Web Services icon in the top left corner of the display.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Click on Remove/Disable/Turn Off  Web Services.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions
5. Restartb your Printer and fom the main screen click on the Web Services icon again.

The printer should print out a page with a new claim code on it that can be used to connect the printer to HP Connected.

Keep me posted
