@Candypo01, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To clear your printer queue, you can follow these steps:

Access the Print Queue:

  • If you are using the HP Embedded Web Server, you can view and manage the queue by selecting Information > Jobs queue. This interface allows you to get detailed information on each job.
  • Alternatively, you can manage the queue directly from the printer’s front panel. Navigate by selecting the Queue management icon to see a list of jobs in the queue.

Delete Jobs from the Queue:

  • In the Embedded Web Server, select the job you wish to delete and choose the Delete option.
  • On the front panel, select the job and choose Delete.

Cancel Printing Jobs:

  • If the job is currently being printed, you can cancel it by clicking the Cancel icon on the Embedded Web Server or pressing the Cancel key on the printer’s front panel. Then, delete it from the queue using the steps above.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
