Hi,


Sorry to hear you are having problems printing.


Try restarting your apple device - It's a simple fix that sometimes helps re-establish the connection to the printer.

If this does not help, I recommend using the HP app for printing as it offeres much more flexability in terms of printing options over airprint

Hi, I had the same after the new iOS upgrade 11.0.3 with my HP ENVY4520 printer. No connection between iPad and printer. 

Problem has been solved. Just download iOS 11.1 and everything works fine! Good luck!
