Does the printer print if you copy a document?
Any error or blinking lights on the printer control panel?
Could you also try to print a self test page and let me know if the printer prints. In order to print a test page:
1.) Press and hold the Power button 
, and then press the Cancel button 
.
2.) Let go of the Cancel button and then the Power button.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
