My roommate unplugged my printer and ever since I plugged it back in none of my devices can find the printer... I've tried reconfiguring the WiFi and reconnecting to the WiFi but no luck.
My iPhone and iPad say "No air printer can be found" and my laptop says "Printer is not connected."
All the devices are connected to the same network. I have a second network but it doesn't show up in the printers WiFi list and you can't manually type it in because the name has a _ in it and there's no _ on the printers touchscreen keyboard.
Can anyone please tell me what I need to do in order to get my devices to find my printer?
it worked fine before my roommate unplugged it... No issues ever. Except it always says it's low on ink even after you put a new one in.

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.
I understand you need support and I'll be glad to help you out. However, for an accurate solution, I would need more details:
The wireless light on the printer is it steady?
As per the printer specifications available here, HP ENVY 5540 only supports 2.4 GHz. Do you have 2.4 GHz and 5 GHZ networks enabled on your WiFi router?
What's the make and model of your WiFi router?
Approximately how far is the printer located from the WiFi router?
Could you also check for any WiFi interference

Resetting the printer network settings and re-connecting it to your home WiFi may resolve the issue. Let's try these steps:
1.) Unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off.
2.) Restart your printer, from the printer control panel, touch "Setup". Touch 'Network Setup", touch "Restore Network Settings".
3.) Power off your printer
4.) Reconnect your modem/router and wait for it to re-establish its internet connection.
5.) Power on your printer.
6.) From the printer control panel, touch (Wireless).
7.) Touch ( Settings ).
8.) Touch Wireless Setup Wizard. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
Once the printer is connected, connect your iPhone and iPad to to your home WiFi an try to print.
Let me know how it goes!
