If you are the owner / manager of the HP Smart / HP Connected account that supports your printer for Print Anywhere

AND

If your printer and your phone are on the same (local) network

Then

Private Pickup should (should) be switched OFF

Check that the printer and the phone are connected to the same network.

-- What? --

Private Pickup cannot be switched OFF if the printer is connected to your Data Account instead of your local network.
