I want to disable nvidia optimus since it screws up my productivity and gaming sessions even though i changed in the control panel for maximum plus im always right next to power outlets.

NVIDIA Optimus graphics is a technology designed by NVIDIA to optimize battery power while providing an enhanced multimedia experience. 
You can't disable the GPU however you can change the preferred graphics processor setting for all software programs.
