Documents only partially printing

When attempting to get the terms and conditions on a credit card I would like to apply for, my iphone6+ and my iPad Air are able to display the pdf file, I can see the full document including all boxes for words displayed in the print menu, but all that gets printed out are the page numbers, the outside borders of the segmented sections for wording, graphics, and web links.  None of the words describing the terms or conditions print.

 I have changed all ink cartridges (so that none of the black or color ink show as empty) and there’s no change in results.

has anyone seen this happen, and how did you go about correcting?

To assist you better, which app are you using to print?

Have you tried printing other documents and check if the issue persists?

If the issue is limited to this file, it could be that the content is blocked for printing by the bank for security reasons.

Update the printer firmware

Also, check for any software updates on iOS devices.

You may use the HP Smart app or AirPrint to print.
