Double Sided Printing on Color LaserJet Pro MFP 3301

My brand new HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP won’t print double sided from AirPrint! Why won’t it work? Seems like many have the same problem. Single sided works fine. Double sided doesn’t work.

I am not familiar with this printer model series.

I can direct you to places to seek the answer, including where to recheck the setup and the printer settings.
