HP Officejet Pro 8720

When printing with WIFI, my printer doubles up the text on the first sheet.  This is very frustrating, aside from the waste of paper and ink.  I have now added my daughters laptop onto the network so I am expecting even more waste.  This error needs to be corrected.  My printer is updated

@Rachycook

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

This could be a driver issue. To help you further with this, let us know the operating system installed on both Laptops.

Also, does this happen on copies too?

Thanks 🙂

I am using windows 10 on my new Chromebook, my computer is hardwired and it doesn't have an issue (also on W10)  If I send from my Iphone or Ipad I also have this issue

Was this always happening from before? Let's restore the network settings on the Printer:

To restore the printer to the original network settings 1. From the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the Dashboard, and then touch ( Setup ). 2. Touch Network Setup. 3. Touch Restore Network Settings. A message appears stating that the network defaults will be restored. 4. Touch Yes

Once done, connect the Printer to the W-Fi.
