Product: HP 6000 Envy all in one

E6 error with all lights flashing. The stock answer of unplugging has been tried many times and does not work. Problem arose after a paper jam but there is no paper stuck in the printer.

Sometimes "E6" is not shown, instead the number display shows random dots.
