Product: ENVY 5055
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps outlined in previous posts, and still my printer will not find the network.

I installed a new print cartridge, HP authenticated, did the alignment, and poof - no network connection.

All other mobile devices can connect to the wireless network with no issues.

Please advise?

HP Recommended

By unplugging and plugging the printer back in, it solved the connectivity problem. I'd done this several times (at least 4) but the final time it actually found the network and allowed me to get it connected!
