Enable Web Services

I enter the printer's location and port 8080, yet doesn't work.

Already had an hp account, old computer hard drive crashed, now trying to print on a brand new computer (windows 10). HP Smart asking me for printer code. Put in code as instructed by HP (name before address on congratulations print out), not recognized, told to reset web services, did and now can't get back in. Regardless of all that still can't print in spite of the fact that the printer is connected to network.

Hi,

Please make sure your printer has the latest firmware installed, this may be crucial for HP ePrint to work on older models:
