Hi @DwHaze3 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the HP Privacy Policy prompt typically appears if HP Privacy Settings need to be accepted in the HP Smart app. Here’s how you can enable it:
Open HP Smart on Your Phone:
- If you don’t have the app installed, download it from the Google Play Store.
Sign in to Your HP Account:
- Open the app, and if you aren’t signed in, use your HP account to log in. If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to create one.
Enable Privacy Settings:
- Once logged in, tap on your printer in the HP Smart app to open its settings.
- Go to Printer Settings or Advanced Settings (this might vary by device and app version).
- Look for the HP Privacy Settings or Privacy Policy options. You may need to accept or enable the Privacy Policy to proceed.
Restart the App:
- After enabling the Privacy Policy, restart the app and try printing again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
