I have an HP Envy 5055. I've had it for a few years. Recently, when I try to print from my android phone or my tablet, it doesn't print. On my phone I get it saying Print Spooler Printer Error and the name of the attempted print and the name of the printer. This happens on multiple devices. Both devices have the latest software and the printer has the latest firmware. Printer works just fine from my daughter's iPhone.
