Hi,
Are you using the eprint app to print the boarding pass or are you emailing the content to the printers email address?
What I would suggest is trying to get the boarding pass in a pdf or other image format on your screen and then take a screen shot of the pass (press the power and home button together on your iphone/ipad) and print the image from your camera roll through Airprint or the eprint app.

I have tried your suggestion of taking a screen shot of the boarding pass and sending that "photo" to the printer
The size and alignment is all wrong
Becomes tiny and misaligned

Hi,
Just to clarify: There are two ways to print using eprint. One is to e-mail an image or document to your printers assigned e-mail address. The other is to print via the eprint app.
Are you are e-mailing the boarding pass as a pdf, jpeg or other image attachment file to your printers eprint e-mail address or are you using the ePrint app?
If you are using the email option, I'd suggest trying to print the screen shot of the boarding pass via the ePrint app. There is a fit to page option that should ensure that the formatting is ok

Hi,
Are you emailing the boarding pass as a pdf attachement to your printers email address?
Are you close to the printer when you do this or doing it remotely?

If I do the same EXACT thing from a desktop or laptop it works fine
It has absolutely nothing to do with the size of the paper.
Google Mail won't let me use hp print
Hp print need to log on to my google mail and Google won't allow"non trusted site"
So I log in to spirit via the web
Communicate with spirit using their web pages
Print my boarding pas
It shows up on screen and now I choose print
Printing comes out without my seat or name
So I try again
This time I use hp print
This time either nothing comes out if I e mail the boarding pas or the same skeleton with out my name and seat but all spirits ads and the header info of my boarding pass
If I take s screen shot and try to print that it comes out 2 inches by 3 inches and misalign

Hi,
If you are within wifi range of your printer and home wifi, I would use the hp eprint app rather than email content to the printer.
The ePrint app offers much more in terms of print options like scaling and fit to page. I've included ascreen shot below of the fit to page option which should ensure that any image you print (like a screenshot of your boarding pass) should print out as you want it on whatever media type you select.
If you are having problems with Google cloud print, I suggest downloading the HP print for chrome extension - I've included the setup instructions for this here.
