I tried emailing from a different email and now it will not do anything! Was HP hacked by Mimecast? What is going on and why are you blocking me from using an important feature? This is absolutely unacceptable!!!!  I have tried all the recommended things to do without success! You guys need to fix this immediately!!!!

I understand the ePrint service is not working. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
