Eprints comming out wrong size

Hi 

When I print over email, everything comes out as 4x7. How do I change this?

Hi I am printing from both, it is when I send anything to my printer via email it comes out as though it is 4x6.

Thank you for posting back.

By default, ePrint jobs print single-sided, and in the same color and orientation as the original. Documents print on either letter or A4 paper, and photos print on 101.6 mm x 152.4 mm (4 in x 6 in) paper.
 

Use HP Smart app to change the ePrint settings: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2060244-1929404-16 (refer to FAQ section)

Thanks but that's the problem the docs I'm printing aren't 4x6 they are all A4 but when I email them they come out 4x6. 

I have tested this by opening the same doc on my phone and printing the same doc via the app and it prints on A4 without having to change any settings.

Let's restart web services and setup ePrint again. 

And, also update the printer's firmware, refer - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware once done try printing.
