Hi @ArifMM,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The "URF ERROR - [URF] Decoding Fail" issue you're encountering with your HP Laser 107w printer during mobile printing could be related to various factors including printer setup, driver issues, or connectivity problems. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try, based on information from HP Support Community discussions:
Ensure No USB Connection: Make sure there is no USB cable connected to the printer when attempting to print wirelessly.
Wake Up the Printer: Press the Cancel button on the printer to wake it up and ensure it's in a ready state.
Reset Wireless Setup Mode: Press and hold the Wireless Button for about 20 seconds until the Attention Light starts blinking along with the Power Light. Release the button to allow the printer to restart and reset to wireless setup mode.
Reinstall HP Software: Reinstall the HP printer software on your computer or use the HP Smart app from your mobile/PC device. Ensure your device is connected to your home network and look for an HP-Setup SSID in the nearby wireless networks list to connect the printer to your wireless network.
Update Printer Firmware: Updating the printer's firmware can sometimes resolve decoding errors. You can find the latest firmware updates on the official HP website. Click Here
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
