HI
The HP Smart software is not loading.  Here is the error message

(Error Code: UU_599_XXXXXXXXXX)
I was able to scan & print earlier but now the software is failing.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled and rebooted the computer

i had the same thing and I went through the forget printer then set it up again and fingers crossed it seems to be ok.
