Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am getting fatal error and name of file in pop up box during installation of printer.  I do not know what to do from here.  Any suggestions?

Is there any error code/message on the PC screen?

 

However, I would suggest you perform the troubleshooting steps as mentioned in this document.
