HP Recommended

Hi all, just wanted to provide some quick feedback on the HP Smart Android app.

On the Print Preview page, when selecting a PDF to print, there’s a small arrow at the bottom to expand the print options (like number of copies, color, paper size, etc). In a recent update, the app added a new animation where this arrow shifts slightly upward—presumably to draw attention and indicate it's tappable.

While I understand the intent, the implementation creates a frustrating user experience. The arrow moves just as I’m about to tap it, causing me to miss the button or accidentally tap something else. It feels like style was prioritized over usability here, and it’s not intuitive or helpful in practice.

Just wanted to flag this in case others are experiencing the same thing, or if the devs are open to rethinking that animation. A static, reliably positioned button would work better for users who already know the app or are trying to move quickly.

Thanks!
