Hello,

 

I have installed new HP Envy 5055 printer and enrolled in HP Instant Ink plan. But while enrolling, i forgot to enter the promo code that gives me 4 free months.

 

I dont want to lose those 4 months and want to start plan after these 4 free months.

 

Please help me how can i redeem a promocode so i get free months.

 

Not sure if i cancel enrollment and re-enroll will again give me the free promo code option... So dont want to cancel anything.

 

Please help !!

Thanks for engaging in HP support Forums! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips! I understand you forgot to add the claim code while setting up your printer for HP Instant Ink. Don't worry as I have a few suggestions which should help you resolve this issue.

 

After reviewing your post, I would like to know when did you purchase this printer? Are you aware that you are suppose to go ahead and enroll the printer for Instant Ink within 7 days of purchasing the printer. 

If it's above 7 days you may not be able to enroll the printer for HP Instant Ink. 

 

could you also help me with the screen shot, from where you got the information about the free trial for 4 - months.As this will help me in further assisting you.

 

If the printer is within 7 days of purchase,I would suggest you follow the steps suggested in the support document to enroll the printer for HP Instant ink and this will give you a promo code to activate the free trial.

It is great to have you back and your patience is greatly appreciated.

 

I would like to inform you that you do not need to enter any promo code to avail the current offer in Instant Ink and the offer is automatically applied when you sign up for the Instant Ink account.

 

I checked your account and I see that you have 3 months free trial and your free trial ends on 10/23/2018.
