Yeah I entered the promo code on the box of my printer for 2 months free printing BUT it cancelled my already 2 months free printing with a new printer...??

The tag says

"Free Trial! Enroll by 1/18/19

4 months FREE of HP Instant INK*

1. $5 prepaid card: follow card directions to add a $5 credit to your account

2. With new printer: 2-months free tiral when you sign up within 7 days

3. *use promo code XMAS18 to get 2 additional months free

but when I did step 3, it said something about how i couldn't add the promo codes together and now I only got a total of 2 months instead of 4 months...
