Product: HP Smart

Ever since my phone updated I can no longer resize my pictures to whatever size I would like them. It will only let me choose the paper size. I need to print my pictures smaller than 3x5. So how do I do that with this update?

Mine brings up auto, adjust, filter, crop, and text. However when I choose crop it will not let me resize the picture itself. It will only allow me to choose the paper size or cut some of the picture off. Not actually make the picture smaller on the paper if that makes sense
