Can anyone tell me what the Green / Orange / White dots indicate when I'm logged into my HP Connected online account and looking at the ePrint Settings? Would be nice if HP provided a legend to tell us what the different colors indicate.

Welcome to the HP Support Community
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Could you please help me with the exact model name or the product number of the printer.
Keep me posted.
Have a great day!
Cheers:)

I have several M203dw laser printers, but this is not a question about the printer. The question is about the HP Connected cloud account for ePrinting. When I log into the cloud account, it shows my printers with either a Green, Orange, or White dot. Green apparently indicates that the printer is online and ready to go, but I do not know what the Orange and White dots indicate, and there’s no legend to clarify that. I’ve attached a screenshot to show you what I’m talking about. Thanks for your help!

The Green dot says the printer is connected and ready to print.
The orange dot says there might be connectivity issue and it is in a not ready state.
Keep me posted.

I don't think that is correct. I believe the "White" dot indicates that the printer is not connected and not in a ready state. The "Orange" dot most likely indicates that the printer is connected but has some other issue (e.g. out of paper, low toner, etc.), but I don't know for sure because HP doesn't provide a legend to explain what the dot colors mean.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
