Product: HP 3720
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am really stuck with password. As I tried to set the password to a new password (which I did not forget). It saved the change. As I tried to log in at the setting page, it did not accept the password. I tried many of recommended solutions in web pages but to no avails. I reset the password several times, to no avails. It keep refusing the old password and the default password. I am at dismay

1. I reset to default using wifi direct and cancel ... no use

2. I tried printing wireless information and using the username and password, no use
