Good morning, I owned an HP 9010 which following a request for assistance was replaced by HP.
The product I received has a label on the outside indicating the HP 9010 model while at HP software and system level it is recognized as HP 9012.
Regardless of the above problem, which I don't know if it can be traced back to the main problem, the Print Anywhere function does not work on the printer, although it is clearly indicated on the site that the printer, despite not being a "9010 e" version, should work ( I attach a recently issued HP page, where indicated).
How can we solve it?
Or is the function not available on my model, as I received a different model from HP?
I have used the HP+ feature of Printanywhere for many years and have never had any problems. In recent months it has become impossible.
I also installed the latest firmware version of March 2024 and restored to the factory version.

Your printer is fine -- the 9012 is a model in the 9010 series - names sometimes reflect the region in which they are purchased.
In my opinion the Print Anywhere feature and HP Smart Advance are separate related entities.
The short version answer based on my limited experience with the subject and two printers:
In my opinion, HP Smart Advance is the same thing as Print Anywhere -- they are related, I think.
AND
If you cannot see the options for HP Smart Advance in your installed HP Smart application,
then
HP Smart Advance features are not going to magically show up in spite of a document entry that hints otherwise...

Long Discussion -
The following is much longer than anyone wants --
Read or ignore depending on your situation...
Note the unwanted solution -
Purchase an HP+ capable printer -- Enable HP+
Everything starts working ...
Back Story...
I just purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 9130e for the express purpose of testing, adding, understanding Print Anywhere and HP Smart Advance. True, not everyone spends $400 USD on a printer for testing and to get past a feature block, but here we are...
Previous to this purchase I had an HP OfficeJet 9025 --excellent printer, by the way - still works like a champion..
According to the Printer Anywhere how-to document, the 9025 was presumably eligible for HP Smart Advance in spite of the age of the printer (circa 2019) and the fact that printer could never be expected to run Print Anywhere (non "e" model only runs ePrint).
I was never able to access HP Smart Advance feature on the 9025 - Honestly, the 9025 didn't really need Smart Advance, the printer had OCR, supported two trays, full tray control, scads of paper types and sizes, custom paper sizes, nice EWS format - nice printer.
As mentioned, the 9025 printer never did support Print Anywhere.
The new HP OfficeJet 9135e (purchased in the USA) refused all initial installation attempts to add HP Smart Advance features nor did HP Smart natively include Print Anywhere.
The solution, which irritates me but it does work:
Add the printer the HP+
(HP+ includes extra warranty, monitoring, requirement to use HP genuine cartridges, AND access to the elusive Print Anywhere feature and the HP Smart Advance features.
