Hello there all!

I have the HP printer known as the Envy 6055e.

It has been in my apartment for about 2 to 3 years now and was set up by me and my mom when we first got it thru either an account I made on some old phone that I no longer have or thru my mom's phone. She has passed in the last month and I have been going thru everything and now I am setting up this printer in my roomand I made a totally new HP account in order to set up the wifi and what not. Now it is saying that I cannot use the mobile printing or cloud printing properties because this printer was set up using a different account. What are my options to be able to access all of my printers capabilities? Also I am 100 percent positive that I was the one who set it up but I just dont remember if I used her email and phone or my old email and old phone. Just looking for some help on this topic! Thanks to all of your support community!
