Does anyone know if I can print a document from my IOS phone to my HP Printer when they are connected to two different networks?  I need to print from my phone to my work printer when I’m at home. I DO NOT want to send an email to the printer since that does not allow me to specify multiple double sided copies. I was able to do it for a while, then something or other changed & now I’m not sure how to get it back.

@MyZoo

They have to "know" each other. Since they are on 2 different networks, how do they know each other ? HP used to have HP ePrint Network but it retired now.

Please try the following way
