HP Envy Photo 7855
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just purchased an open box HP Envy Photo 7855 printer and trying to enter my claim code on HP Connect and keep receiving an error that my claim code is invalid.  Since I have been trying this for over a day, I have received two different codes since they expire after 24 hours.  I have also tried removing HP eprint and disable Web Services.  I am running Windows 10.

Any suggestions to set up my printer in HP Connected?  Also I have tried Zero and "O" each time I tried to enter my code.

Thank you.

Hi,

Please remove web services and enable it again, a new information sheet will be printed within several minutes.

Be sure to use any characters prior the @hpeprint.com part of the eprint address as the claim code and check for any difference.

Please let me know if that may help.

I have tried removing web servies and eprint a few times and I get the same claim code, that does not work.
