HP DeskJet 3755

I recently changed the black ink cartridge on my HP DeskJet 3755. I haven’t had any issues until now. After changing the cartridge, the printer wouldn’t print anything and the following icons are steadily blinking: power button, control panel display, resume icon and wireless icon.

I’ve tried a hard reset, removing and reinstalling the ink cartridge, clearing any jams (there weren’t any) as well as trying to press every button on this printer. It won’t respond to anything whatsoever. Anyone have any tips/help?

@Rob941, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Blinking Lights and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
