Hi,

There's no need to uninstall anything. All you will need to do to put the printer on your network again is to open your wireless menu on the printer front panel and find your wireless network - once you see your network, select it and enter your wifi password. Once this is complete as long as your computer is connected to the same wifi network you'll be fine. I'd still recommend contact instant ink support once you're connected up to make sure they switch over your account etc if you intend staying with instant ink.

Hi,

If you are an instant ink customer and you are receiving a replacement printer I would suggest you contact instnat ink support to ensure that you get any credits or free pages outstanding on your old account transferred to your new one

Please use the link below to contact instant ink support. Make sure you are logged out of your account to see the contact details which will be on the first page in the bottom right. I've also included the printer support page for your printer here which will help with the setup.

Use the country flag option to select your country support.

I am sorry that I did not make my question clear. I guess I would like to know is when I receive the replacement printer(I have only had the printer for 5 months) can I just plug the power cord in on the replacement printer and all the information, such as ip address and everything remain the same or do I have to reinstall the new replacement printer back to the network? If I have to reinstall the new replacement printer , should I uninstall what is now on the computer. I have a phone number to contact the Hp ink replacement center because I never had to put the new ink in the old printer except when the tech support informed me to do so and only the color cartidge . As you can see I use the printer very little except to scan a few documents to my computer. If you can put the link as how I am to installed the replacement printer it would be appreciated. I ca install the printer with the disk but need to know if I should uninstall whats on the conputer now. Thank you and I am sorry for all my problems that has happened. I should have bought the epson in tank printer. Again, thank you.
