Hi 

I subscribe to the instant ink from hp. At ther moment paying the £1.99 per month.

I would like to change to the free printing plan as my needs have changed and most months I don't print anything at all. This option does not show in the 'My Plan' area on my account. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this done?

The option to move from a paid plan to the free plan is not available.

  • Choosing an Instant Ink Service Plan – including subtopics:

    • Rollover Pages (Reminder: The Free plan does not include “rollover” pages)
  • Cancellation
  • Instant Ink Programs – including subtopics:
    • Fifteen (15) -Free-Pages-Per-Month Program (Where available) 

 

NOTE:

At this writing, the Fifteen Free Page plan is explained in the USA contract in item 10-b.  Depending on your location and contract details, the exact item number may be different.  Use Ctrl-F to search the document with keyword "free".
