Hello,

My question is about my recent purchase. I bought the printer HP OfficeJet 8020 in addition to previously two existing HP printers (HP OfficeJet 5252 and HP OfficeJet Pro 8715) which are not locating in the same physical locations. Previously I could print from my location to other printers. After I bough new printer and update my HP account to HP+, I lost my opportunity to rich other printers. So could anybody help me with this matter? Thank you, Angelika
