Hi, I changed the password of my email, now 'scan to email' doesn't work anymore. Makes sense. However, I can't access the printer to change it. The embedded web server asks for a username and password I can not remember to have set – or I just forgot. However, I can't find any way to reset that username and password. Can someone help? Thanks!

Hi,

open your pritner dashboard by swiping your finger from top to bottom of the screen, then tap the Setup (Gear) icon.

Select Printer Maintnance.

Select Restore.

Select Restore Factory Defaults and confirm.

Once the printer restarts reconfigure your printer network connection if it is wirelessly connected by clicking the WiFi icon on its dashboard and then the gear icon, from there select Wireless Setup Wizard adn follow the steps on screen.

Be aware that once accessing the pritner homepage Scan to Email would be need to reconfigured as well.
