My printer says it has a cartridge problem, it says to remove and reinstall cartridge "k" correctly.
I have name brand HP cartridges I threw away my last one and bought a new (Still brand name one) and it has the same error.
I have turned off the machine, unplugged it, followed every YouTube video, HP support steps etc. and nothing is working.

The error indicates an issue with the black ink cartridge. If you have tried the steps mentioned in Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
