Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to connect my OfficeJet Pro to my home network and it cannot find either the 2.4GHz or the 5GHz bands. I currently have a Netgear Nighthawk router that says it broadcasts in 2.4 GHz b/g/n/ax. Any ideas on why the printer cannot find my wireless networks in my home? Any option to enable the wireless printing without using the WiFi direct?

Use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
