HP Officejet 4630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone. I've been trying to logon to the web services page for my HP Officejet 4630. This is my first time trying to logon and I can't seem to find the username and password information anywhere. Can anyone provide me the factory logon credentials? I've searched the web and this appears to be extremely difficult information to find. If no one can provide me with the information, can someone please give me the steps to do a full factory reset of the device and how to access the web services page after a reset? I've attached a photo of the page in question. I've searched the manual and the web and can't find anything. Thanks everyone for any help you can offer!

Let's restore the Network settings back to defaults

1. Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu. 2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu. 3. Select Restore Defaults. 4. Confirm the selection to restore defaults

Next run the wireless setup wizard again to connect the printer back to the Network.

1. Press the Wireless button from the printer control panel, and then select Settings. 2. Scroll to select Wireless Setup Wizard, and then press OK. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the wireless connection.

Then turn on Web Services again and check

Let me know how it goes 😊

Welcome to HP Support Community

I suggest we perform a Semi Full Reset. After the reset you should be able to access the printer's EWS Page

Since these steps are specific to your printer model, I have sent you a private message with the instructions

Please check your private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile.

Next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope

Thank you 😊

Hi KrazyToad. Thanks for trying to help me with this. Unfortunately following your instructions didn’t display a Support Menu. I’ve attached an image showing my printer screen after following the suggested instructions. I don’t mind doing a full reset and having to reconfigure my printer afterward if necessary, but I can’t find any instructions outlining the process of how to do a full reset either. Could you please give me some guidance?
Thank you for the help!
