Please can anyone help?
I have just updated the HP PRINT SERVICE PLUGIN app from Play Store (Android) on 21st April, 2020. HP SMART works but not PLUGIN.
What worked before now doesn't work since the update, and keeps telling me 'Printer is Unavailable' .
My printer is listed but still it doesn't pick it up.
Surely HP should test these Apps first before they are issued for update! HP - fix your app!

Hi Sandy,
Thank you for your response with all details. Regret, this still doesn't work. The printer is added and HP Print Smart works but not the Plug In app which was newly updated. What worked well before doesn't work now the app was upgraded.
Thank you for trying. I haven't got the patience to fiddle all day with apps.

This might require one on one interaction to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
