I have 2 HP printers. One of the is the one above it.

They both have the same problem.

I just configured OpenDNS web filtering, etc.

It is blocking my mobile devices only to print to it.

I believe  it is because  the  HP Printer Service plugin connects to an external printer sever which then sends it back to my printers.

I'm trying figure out the IP Addresses that info will have to go through so I can allow that on OpenDNS.

I believe  this will fix my issue.

Any help??

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

HP Printer Service plugin does not connect to an external printer server. It directly connects to the IP address of the Printer.

What is the exact error you get while printing?

Thanks!
