From my iPad, when using the HP Smart App, when I click on "Print Photos", choose my photo, hit "Print", the printer will print the photo on regular paper. If I hit "Print Photos", why doesn't the printer print on my photo paper? I have iOS 13.4, the most current version.

Hi @Shag0419
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the printing issue.
To better assist you -
1.) What's the size and type of the Photo Paper? Please refer to "Paper-handling specifications" from here to make sure you are using the correct paper type and size.
2.) Have you tried changing the paper settings on your HP Smart app? If you haven't, please try these steps -
>> Launch the HP Smart app.
>> Select "Print Photos"from the tiles.
>> Select the photo that you'd like to print.
>> Touch the "Print" option.
>> Touch the gray line right above the printer
>> Touch "Paper" to select the paper size, type and source.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
