I have downloaded the HP App onto my PC but when I try to open it a blank window appears without the Pint,Scan etc tabs. I've tried to resolve this by contacting HP but I cannot ring for help, but there are no related topics for this problem.

Hoping someone has a simple answer to it

Hi,

Type HP Smart into the search bar , right-click it and select App Settings, click the Reset button and confirm any prompt, the try opening the app again and check for any difference.
