Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought this printer. No CD in it to help set me up. So I use the internet to update the drivers and I download HP Smart from Microsoft Store. 

However, when I try to add the printer to the App, it can't find it. My PC under Device Manager can see it.

The initial start of the executable file confirms the **bleep** thing is connected/detected. 

But the app DOES NOT. This is absurd. I cannot print anything until this is resolved.
